Hello, I'm Or. My name means light, and that's my whole job description: I help people see what they already have.
I've spent a lot of time inside homes, and I'll tell you a secret I've learned. People don't actually want to be rich. They want to stop worrying. About money. About bills. About whether the kids will be okay. About who will care for Mom and Dad. About a retirement that keeps drifting further away. Strip everything down, and almost every person I meet wants the same thing: to wake up without dread, and to know their family will be fine — even if something happens to them.
We call that independence. And I believe it isn't something you buy. It's something you build — like a house, one honest brick at a time.
Here's what I do:
For the children, I turn life skills into treasure hunts. A kid who knows how food grows, how water gets clean, and how light is made becomes an adult who is never really afraid.
For moms and dads, I help you stop being the family's only engine. An independent home runs on many hands, not just yours — and my roadmap helps you hand out the pieces without guilt.
For the adult going it alone: I help you realize the potential in every team member you encounter. Because freedom shared is freedom doubled.
For grandparents, I refuse to let you be a guest in your own family. You are a provider: of wisdom, of income, of purpose. I'll help you contribute in ways your grandchildren will inherit.
And the part most people miss: independence is not a solo project. It's something we build together. Look around you — your dinner table if you have one, but also your street, your group chats, your neighbors, your community, the people who show up when things get hard. You'll probably realize you already have a few people you could ask for help — to live together in freedom and happiness. And some of them are quietly hoping you'd ask.
